These are the basic rules of this rpg
1. Keep swearing to a minimum; A small bit for emphasis is ok but nothing too severe
2. Do not make this rpg revolve solely around one character; There are other people in this story too
3. No arguing in the threads; If you must argue, use the PM system
4. Use one of two forms when posting: Either place actions in italics and dialogue in regular font or Place dialogue in " ". Anything irrelevant to the board should be placed in (())
5. No killing other characters unless they allow it; Keep the controlling of other characters to a minimum. You can to a certain extent control what happens to them (for example you could, say, set them on fire) However, they could make a comeback (and, say, douse themselves out with water) With compromises this system could work. Just dont become all godlike and powerful.
6. Make a character sheet before posting so that way we have a bit of information on your character.
7. At this time i am only allowing you to be 2 characters. This leaves opportunities for others. However since this is a freeform rpg i think i may allow you to be more in the future. (however it can be hectic being multiple characters so beware)
I have decided to allow you to be as many characters as you want. Since this rpg is freeform, it wont really restrict anybody from creating a new character or hurt the plot with too many characters. Be warned that having more than one character can be hectic, especially on an active site (we dont have to worry too much about that for now though)
^Also, when making multiple characters please use separate accounts. I know its a hassle to log out and in, but i find it even more annoying when multiple characters are on the same account. It's sometimes hard to know who exactly you're rping as and pictures will begin to cludder up your sig.
8. If you create a new living creature (animal, plant, etc.) please post a description of it and its origin under "animals" in the "backround information" board under "About this rpg"

(I forgot to add a couple of rules and am now just realizing it lol)
9. You must at least log on once a month. If you are gone for longer than a month without an explanation as to why in the "Gone" board I will delete you. ((Seeing as i forgot to put this originally, this starts in effect after your next login after today 2/13/06. However if you don't login withing the relatively near future I will delete you anyway))
10. Guests may not post their links on this site; Only members may do so. As guest you have no right to come to mine and start spamming and posting your sites. You must become a member and then you may post a link anywhere you please as long as its outside of the story (the Links board, in your sig, your website, the cbox, etc.)
11. In light of this last rule, don't be thinking that you can just join, post your link and never come back again. (Besides i would delete you within a month anyway). All registered members need to post first within a week of joining(this doesn't apply to registered members before today 2/13/06). Then all members need to post within 45 (a month and a half) days of their last post otherwise i will delete you (this applies to all members)
Just be aware that i don't like deleting people, especially when my site needs members. I will try to contact you to alert you that your character will be deleted. I only use deletion as a last resort.
