Brock sat outside his small hut. The land was fairly desolate with patches of grass every so often. The only signs of life in the area were his hut, his garden and the various animals. His black horse, Shadow, roamed freely, but never left his sight. The horse would never let Brock travel anywhere without him. A massive, lumbering Armus was walking nearby, meaning that a family of them had taken up residence in a cave close by. He knew this area like the back of his hand. Every animal, plant, rock, or grain of sand he knew by heart.

Brock suddenly heard the sound of metal scraping rock. He turned toward the coast and saw a Metallan ship grind ashore. The gate slammed down and Metallan soldiers came out. "Not again..." Brock said to himself as the soldiers approached. Brock stood in a crouched stance and breathed rythmically. He slammed his foot onto the ground and a fissure appeared and began heading toward the soldiers. The center section fell into the crack and Brock moved his hands smoothly to the sides. Massive pillars of rock shot out of the ground on either side of the fissure, launching the rest of the soldiers into the rock walls on either side. He then moved his arms in a sweeping upward motion, sending a huge spike of rock through the center of the ship. The ship exploded and Brock walked back to the hut. He put on his jacket and picked up a sack. Brock whistled for Shadow and the horse promptly galloped over, "Well, my friend, i think is time we leave this place." Brock said softly, stroking the horse's nose. Brock then used his powers to break off a chunk of the rock beneath them, large enough for the both them, and he placed his hand on the horse's back who layed down as the flew off. "What do you think Shadow? Biotia?" Brock asked the horse who promptly nodded with a neigh, "I knew you'd like that." Brock said as they flew off over the ocean.
